4.1 Storage Location

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in the United States, specifically in the us-east-2 (Ohio) or us-west-2 (Oregon) regions.

4.2 Encryption

We protect your data with industry-standard encryption:

• In Transit: All data uploads use Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 encryption
• At Rest: All stored data uses Amazon S3 Server-Side Encryption (SSE-S3)
• Access Controls: Restricted Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies limit data access

5. Data Retention

Customer data is retained for 90 days from the date of upload unless otherwise agreed to in writing. After this period, your data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we have about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information and uploaded data
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
